Through my leadership, Dough generated revenue for over 1,000 women-led businesses, established impactful partnerships with industry leaders such as Bumble, theSkimm, and Ellevest, and cultivated a community of 30,000.
Our success at Dough caught the attention of International Market Centers (IMC), the world's largest operator of gift, home, and apparel markets, resulting in our acquisition, where I joined as their VP of Social Impact. Continuing Dough’s vision, I mobilized key stakeholders across departments to build an omnichannel experience that drove annual recurring revenue to women-owned businesses, 80% of which were helmed by women of color.
