Pulling inspiration from the bread and pastry cultures of Europe and Israel, Liv Breads opened in 2018 and specializes in all-natural sourdough breads; sweet and savory pastries; and creative quiche, salads and sandwiches crafted to highlight their breads. Liv Breads offers an extensive bread and pastry program and a seasonal-focused menu of quiche, sandwiches, and salads. All-natural sourdough breads without any additives, made with a 15-year sourdough starter are given a slow, cold-rise overnight and include Country loaf, Nordic (Scandinavian-style bread), Caraway-Rye, and Baguette.
