Established in 1914, the Sacramento Amateur Radio Club (SARC) is an ARRL -affiliated Club. The Sacramento Amateur Radio Club participates in every annual Field Day held in a public place. In this way we can demonstrate what Amateur Radio operators do in an emergency communications mode in the field.
