As you know the Water Street Advisors team has often written about and discussed the importance of planning, the importance of having a great team and most importantly having a succession plan in place.
We have been doing that at Water Street Advisors and as many of you know my goal was to have LeAnne Foster and John Weber succeed me. They are both outstanding professionals and wonderful people. I have been very proud of what we have accomplished together and it is now time for us to implement our succession plan.
While it would have been nice to have them do it under the Water Street banner it was not practical. Our business has no defined beginning or end and there are always things in progress. We continue working on the transition of clients and they continue to be a priority.
