Since all of the items in our store are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. If there is a problem with your order, or if you do not receive your order, contact [email protected] within 7 days of expected delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, or is incorrect, you can email a photo of the item that you received clearly showing the damage or error with your order number to [email protected] within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item. We will then send that information to our fulfillment center and get the order corrected and shipped back out to you as quickly as possible. If the product is no longer available from the fulfillment center, we will then discuss with you the best way to correct the sale wheth
