Such an amazing evening! Joseph cooked for myself and friends whilst we celebrated my birthday . From start to finish our experience was incredible , food and presentation was outstanding !!! Was so lovely to enjoy a top quality menu in the comfort of my own home. Joseph left my kitchen immaculate no washing up or tidying for me to do :) I will 100% be arranging another evening soon Thank you Joseph
Chefs are always in the back. Once the food is on the plate, in the servers hand and that kitchen door closes job done. Wrong!!!! Tonight I was welcomed in to a home, as a surprise for the wife of the client for her birthday. The surprise worked well, I got to enjoy an evening with lovely people, cooking and serving in the same room. It really was a joy to be part of this celebration and it was great to see the guest having a good evening.
