Description: WelcomeNWO.ca is a research project aiming to increase new immigrant inclusion and welcoming in order to positively affect recruitment and retention. Our goal is to enable communities/employers to build cultural competence, reduce bias and discrimination, and encourage welcoming of new immigrants.
