At Western Maine Yurts we have two villages of 8 private 24ft yurts with a beautiful bathhouse. Each village is set amongst 128 acres of forest and wetland in Bethel, Maine. Chandler Brook Village is our original group of 8 yurts. These yurts are accessed by 4 private driveways from the Chandler Hill Road and tucked into the surrounding forest. There are walking paths to and from the central bathhouse, and outhouses at each driveway not shared with the bathhouse for additional convenience. Chandler Heights
Our property is 7 minutes from Mt. Abram ski area and mountain biking and 15 minutes from Sunday River ski area. Downtown Bethel is only 2 miles away and offers a variety of options for dining, shops, and small town entertainment. Locally, guests have access to the Androscoggin river for fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
