Overview This is the 16th time this historic meeting has been held. It was started by Robin Allum FRCS in 1992 in an era when the evolution of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction had just gone from being a largely open procedure to being an all arthroscopic technique.
Course aim It began with just a handful of surgeons but over the years the meeting has grown to gain an international reputation. It is an essential update for all surgeons with an interest in soft tissue knee surgery. The focus is a practical approach to knee ligament surgery looking at the latest techniques to repair or reconstruct injured knees in all groups of patients from the recreational sportsperson through to the professional elite athlete.
