This scenic hike takes you up to panoramic views of Bolinas Lagoon and the Pacific Coast. The preserve encompasses 1,000 acres in West Marin, protected in perpetuity since 1962 as a wildlife sanctuary. The topography is characterized by its four canyons and their associated streams and watersheds.

Directions: Take 101 N across the GG Bridge and take the Hwy-1 Mill Valley/Stinson Beach exit. Continue on Hwy-1 for appox. 15 miles and the preserve entrance will be on the right. Look for the sign: “Audubon Canyon Ranch, Martin Griffin Preserve.” 4900 Shoreline Highway 1 Stinson Beach
