The Frog Pond master plan will bring thousands of new homes to the Wilsonville community. With the Willamette River flowing through town and acres of public parks and gardens within the city, Wilsonville is a special place to work and live.
Frog Pond’s master plan is a 500-acre area beginning at the Old Frog Pond Grange and Stafford Road. This build-out will continue through 2035 and as approved, the plan calls for developing single-family detached homes. A greater mix of housing, including medium-density residential such as townhomes or cottage lots — but no apartments.
Stafford Meadows is a project by West Hills Development that will feature 81 homes. Starting off the launch was the NW Natural Street of Dreams 2019 at Stafford Meadows. The 2019 Street of Dreams show at Stafford Meadows ran from Saturday, July 27 – Sunday, August 25. The area’s top builders showed the latest in design and amenities.
