Windows7-Mania.jp was a domain used by Microsoft Japan in order to promote Windows, notably with their OS-tans.
They abandoned the domain at some point, then several squatters caught it, before I bought it myself from Seo.domains (I can recommend them, they have very interesting expired domains at reasonable prices for your business or Seo if you are looking for that).
