A CCS Collaborative Network of Support & Recovery
Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) provides psychosocial support and recovery in the community to adults and children who cope with mental illness and/or substance abuse that impacts their ability to function and live independently.
CCS assists participants to achieve personal goals, develop support networks and access needed resources. A Recovery Team is formed to support the individual in his or her recovery. Team members include the consumer, his or her service providers and any other individuals that the person chooses who will support his or her goals. The team develops a Recovery Plan that outlines objectives and interventions to assist the person in removing barriers and achieving his or her desired outcomes. Services provided m
