I am a classically trained chef with degrees in Culinary Arts and Restaurant and Hospitality Management from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
After receiving my degree, I had the privilege to continue my fine dining training at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel under Executive Chef Christian Rassinoux. One of the highlights of my time there was working with Culinary Icon, Chef Paul Bocuse.
