Jeff Ashmead’s career as a government trapper, gunner and pilot spanned over three decades for U.S. Wildlife Services in the state of Idaho. He has trapped or snared numerous depredating animals including Fox, Coyote, Bobcat, Black Bear, Mt. Lion, Beaver, Skunk, Raccoon and Wolf. Part of his duties included making and repairing equipment for himself and other employees in his department.
