For 20+ years, I have traveled the globe as a technical trainer, instructor, and IT consultant with my company, WSDFirm. I've been teaching remote interactive, cameras on both sides, training since 2003 and have found special, engaging hands-on ways to make it work. No one wants to go to a bad WebEx meeting and my interactive remote courses are much more than that.
Through my work with WSDFirm, I have served as an ongoing learning and development (L&D) resource for top financial service providers and banks, tech giants and software providers, consumer brands, and government agencies. Additionally, I have worked with many top technical training solution providers to spread knowledge on a wider basis.

Specifically, I am able to get students out of the mindset that they are just fulfilling a training requirement.
