I’ve been wanting to make these for months, and finally got around to it this morning. Adapted from Heidi Swanson’s Favorite, Homemade Cinnamon Rolls , I simplified the early process by using the bread machine.
Cinnamon Buns Recipe
Throw all of this into a bread machine on the dough setting. It’s ok that it’ll end up a looser dough than you would usually see in bread.
