My first Disney park was The Original -- Disneyland. Growing up in Southern California, we would go each year… and maybe Disney planning was in my DNA then too. My sister and I would stay up for days planning what attractions we wanted to visit first… second… where we would eat.
My first visit to The Walt Disney World Resort wasn’t until the mid-1980s when there were only two theme parks. The overall size of The Walt Disney World Resort is still somewhat staggering - four theme parks, two water parks - more than 30 resort hotels, just as a start.
