Being locally owned and operated, and convenient to Raleigh, Cary, Holly Springs, and Fuquay-Varina, our intent in designing the studio was to create an intimate, boutique-style atmosphere which affords practitioners a nurturing space to deepen their practice while enhancing their mind-body connection.
Our highly trained teachers truly live their yoga, and are exceptionally knowledgeable in all facets of the Holy Science of Yoga, offering a variety of classes taught in their own unique and distinctive styles. We teach in a manner that is conducive to a small to mid-size group setting and is mindful of each student’s abilities and practice intentions.
When the COVID pandemic hit in 2020, we were very grateful and fortunate to be one of the local studios who remained in service to their community. In 2021, as we reflected on the future, it became apparent with social distancing guidelines that we needed MORE space to continue growing and offering the classes, workshops and teacher trainings our students have come to love.
