I was introduced to (Ashtanga) yoga in 2013, during an internship in Jakarta - Indonesia. The years following, yoga became an essential part of my life, a passion I would often try to share with friends, family, partner and colleagues.
After graduating from university, I decided to take a year off and focus on my passion for yoga and travel. I joined a 500hr Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh - India. This YTTC enabled me to truly share my knowledge and joy for yoga. A year later I joined Skadi van Paassen for a 100hr Yin Teacher Training Course, in The Hague - the Netherlands, to deepen my understanding of foundations of this practice.
