For the past 8 years I have considered myself to be a full time handstand practitioner and teacher. After a 20 year career as an international and collegiate gymnast, followed by an 8 year run in the Las Vegas spectacle “Le Reve”, I have transitioned into my current path. This path has led me to an ongoing exploration of the field of hand balancing.
As an experienced hand balancer I now share what I have learned throughout my life in handstand workshops which I conduct on a regular basis all over the world. I follow the teaching of the late, legendary handstand artist and teacher Claude Victoria and continue to research this incredible art form through practice and self-exploration.
For the past 12 years I have been a full-time handstand teacher. My 20-year career as an international and collegiate gymnast led me to Las Vegas where I performed for 8 years as an acrobat in the spectacle, ‘Le Reve’. During this time I began to explore handstands through self practice and with the guidance of other artists and teachers.
