Hi. I am Phil and I live in the Yorkshire town of Harrogate, based 16 miles North of The City Of Leeds. This is my second website and features mainly pictures and articles about my walks and cycle tours of The Yorkshire Dales. It is one of the most beautiful parts of Northern England and is easily to get to using all modes of transport. My favourite of it which names the title and web address of this site is Nidderdale. Obvious reasons is because it is the quietest and most easy to get to by Bus from Harrog

Bilton Nidd Gorge viaduct. Used to be the main railway line, with regular trains to the city of Ripon, until it closed in 1967.
