The Quick Action Resolution Deck is a game which allows its players to assume the roles of characters in almost any genre or setting, vicariously acting out their adventures according to their whims - and, of course, those of the cards. The QARD is a retro-clone of the venerable (and long out of print) Marvel Super-Heroes Adventure Game, rewriten from scratch to present its fast-paced rules anew!
Free from the shackles of others' copyrighted content, those who wish to explore the possibilities provided by the Quick Action Resolution Deck may do so in any way they see fit. While one can make use of products printed or written for other game systems when enjoying their use of the QARD, no such materials are required, and players may produce their own characters and settings from scratch if they desire.
